Belgium Business Visa Requirement :-

  • Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return,

  • Two color photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen,
  • Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail have to mentioned the courier address,
  • Copy of Invitation letter from Belgium on company letterhead.
  • Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years,
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months,
  • Personal bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger.
  • Salary Slips for last 3 months,
  • Overseas medical insurance as per the Air Tickets
  • Return Air ticket.
  • Covishield Certificate both dose with mention passport number
  • Time Taken : 03 to 4 Working days
  • Visa Fees : Rs.7280 /-
