One online visa application form ( www.geoconsul.gov.ge),
Two colour photos A recent digital colour photograph (digital photo 472 x 610 pixels in dimension; scanned photo – 4 x 5.16 cm in size, scanned at 300 DPI resolutions)
Covering letter from pax on company letter head If working then covering letter on plain letter & Leave letter from Indian company,
Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tkt,
Personal IT paper for last 3 years,
Personal bank statement for last 6 months with original bank seal,
If working then Salary Slips for last 3 months,
Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt
confirm Return Air ticket.
If pax is doing his own business then company registration copy required in English language.
