PLS NOTE WE NEED TO SUBMIT AT THE VFS

Hungary Business Visa :-

  • Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return,
  • One visa form sign as per the passport,
  • Declaration sign as per the passport,
  • Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen,
  • Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail ,
  • Copy of Invitation letter from Hungary in detail,
  • Hotel Booking as per travel date
  • Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years,
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with seal and sign,
  • Salary Slips for last 3 months,
  • Travel Insurance,
  • Return Air ticket,
  • If self employed then required Company IT paper last 3 year and Company bank statement last 3 month
  • Company registration copy(Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
  • Final Covid Cerificate both dose with mention passport number
  • ***Pls note all applicant have to come personally for biometric at vfs Or if applicant had given the biometric within last 5 years then we can apply on applicant behalf.
  • Time Taken : 15 Working days
  • Visa fees (Adult) : Rs.6600
  • Visa fees(Child 6 to 12) :Rs.3300
  • Visa Fees as not refunded.

Hungary Tourist Visa :-

  • Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below,
  • Return Air ticket,
  • If self employed then required Company IT paper last 3 year and Company bank statement last 3 month
  • Company registration copy if self employed(Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
  • ***Pls note all applicant have to come personally for biometric at vfs Or if applicant had given the biometric within last 5 years then we can apply on applicant behalf.
  • Time Taken : 15 Working days
  • Visa fees (Adult) : Rs.6300
  • Visa fees (Child 6 to 12) : Rs.3200
