W.E.F. 11th Jan 2016, Visa form has to be filled online & have to upload documents on consulate website, after uploading the documents we have to take an appointment date for submission you can fill online from below link www.konsolosluk.gov.tr

Business Visa Requirements:-

  • Original Passport Valid for At least 6 months.
  • Covering letter on company letterhead with company introduction in detail , designation of pax, purpose of travelling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip along with Higher Signatory Authority name and Designation should mention below along with original company seal
  • Invitation from Turkey along with turkey company seal and signing person name n designation and VD number in company seal.
  • Indian company registration copy required and we have to do Notary and Mantaralaya on that copy as per the Turkey consulate rules [If Company Owner is travelling] for proprietor, and Director firm for Partnership firm we need company registration copy and partnership deeds copy and we have to do notary n Mantaralaya on both
  • Original Bank Statement for last 03 months till dated personal with bank seal and sign every page if working salary should be reflecting on his bank statement Minimum balance should be above 1 lac.
  • Original salary slip for last three months of pax along with original company seal on salary slips if (EMPLOYED).
  • 02 Colour photo 2.5 by 2.5 inch white background 80% face should be seen
  • Ticket Itenary.
  • Hotel Booking
  • Final Covid Certificate copy.
  • The travel date should be after 10 to 12 working days from the date of submission.

  • Visa Time Taken : 10 Working Days After the submission for process the visa
  • Visa Fees : Rs. 5060.00 Single Entry
  • Submission: with prior appointment.

Turkey Tourist Visa :-

  • If Child is student then required Student ID copy
  • The travel date should be after 10 to 12 working days from the date of submission.
